Terms of Service

By using carsuvparts.com ("the Site") you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by CARSUVPARTS LLC, 1607 Moffett St, Hollywood, FL 33020, USA.

Prices, availability and product information come from our supplier partners and may change without notice. We may cancel any order that has a pricing or stock error, with a full refund.

All product names, brands, part numbers and logos belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply endorsement.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to process orders and answer questions: name, email, phone, shipping/billing address and order details.

Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers. We share order details with the supplier that ships your item and with carriers for delivery.

We do not sell your personal information. US (including California CCPA/CPRA) and Canadian (PIPEDA) residents can ask to access, correct or delete their data by emailing support@carsuvparts.com.

This site currently uses no tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship directly from our partner warehouses across the US and Canada, so one order may arrive in more than one package.

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Canadian orders: duties, taxes and brokerage fees are shown at checkout when collected by us. If not shown, they are the buyer's responsibility on delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@carsuvparts.com for a return authorization (RMA) before sending anything back.

Installed, modified, electrical or special-order parts may not be returnable. Some suppliers charge a restocking fee, which will be shown on your RMA.

Defective or damaged-in-transit items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Please report them within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Fitment Disclaimer

Fitment information comes from manufacturer and industry data (ACES/PIES). Please confirm compatibility with your vehicle's VIN, year, make, model, trim and engine before buying.

Parts should be installed by a qualified technician. CarSUVParts is not responsible for damage, injury or labor costs caused by improper installation or by using a part on a vehicle it does not fit.
